      How to shuffle a list

      1. Paste your list, one item per line.
      2. Press Shuffle now.
      3. Copy or download the new order, or shuffle again for another one.

Every eligible line appears exactly once in the new order. Blank lines are skipped, and repeated lines are removed first by default. Choose Keep duplicates as extra tickets if each copy should keep its own place.

Random order for turns and tasks

Decide a speaking or presentation order, randomize quiz questions, set the turn order for board games or shuffle chores so no one always goes first.

      Questions about your draw

      Is every order equally likely?

Yes. The list is shuffled with a Fisher–Yates shuffle driven by your browser’s cryptographic random source, so each possible order has the same chance.

Can I shuffle numbers or sentences?

Yes. Every line counts as one item, whether it holds a number, a word or a whole sentence.

How long can the list be?

You can shuffle up to 10,000 entries at once.
